Villa Encantada is composed of four custom built homes joined together by a magnificent courtyard of tropical gardens surrounding a freeform tile swimming pool.
The property is located on the south end of Jaco beach in a very private setting overlooking the ocean.
The Mediterrainian style Villa was designed and built with local rock, marble, teak and cypress to achieve a natural flow of materials to compliment the surrounding beaches and rain forests.
Spanish and Tuscan style details are included in all of the homes which adds to their charm. The villa has approximately 4000 square feet of air conditioning living space and 4000 square feet which includes beautiful patios, courtyards and outdoor dining areas that overlook the Pacific Ocean.

The town of Jaco is located on the Central Pacific coast, approximately an hour and 30 minutes from Juan Santamaria International Airport (San José). Jaco’s close proximity to the airport and the capital city of San Jose.
The year around population of residents in Jaco is between five and 6 thousand people, although tourism swells the population to over twenty thousand during peak months of the year. Boating and fishing are among the most popular tourist attractions with Central America’s best marina located just 10 minutes outside Jaco.
